Hello East Coast Quarter Horse Association Members & Friends,
2009 High Point & Reserve High Point Year End Awards are now posted on the website. If you earned a High Point or Reserve High Point award, I will be calling or emailing you shortly regarding awards choices. Please respond promptly so that all awards can be ready for the banquet.
The Annual Awards banquet will be held on Saturday, May 8 at the end of the show day. We hope you all can join us for the show & in congratulating all of the award winners.
A membership application is on the website - get a head start and get your application/dues in before the May show.

Stall Reservations and Shavings
Stalls sell fast so reserve yours early with Liza Houghton at 407-718-0674 or PaydayisFriday@aol.com. Early reservations will ensure you get a nice permanent stall and not a portable! You must pay for your stall to reserve it. for stall information. Liza's mailing address to mail stall checks is 365 Deer Run Road, Osteen, FL 32764
If you want to order shavings, contact Volusia Farm and Feed at least one week in advance of the shows at (386) 423.1670.

Annual Banquet and Awards Presentation- To Be Held on May 8th
Our annual club meeting and casual banquet will be held at the showgrounds on the Saturday evening of our May show, on May 8th. We will present the awards to our 2009 High Point Champions. There will be a $10/person charge for dinner. When you reserve your stalls for May, please go ahead and send in your payment for the banquet at that time and let Liza know how many will be in your group. Her contact info is noted above in the Stall Reservations section.
